I can't get the coldheatgluegun.com site to come up. Anyone know why? I wanted to order a glue gun.

I ordered my glue gun directly from Cold Heat, paid for it, and it came in the mail about 1 week later, everything was good. Two weeks later, I received a charge on my account for 8X what I had already paid for the glue gun. Cold Heat denied the charge and I had to print and fax bank statements because they had no history of the the second charge. After reviewing my bank statements they agreed to refund the money charged that I had NEVER authourized. 3 weeks later and still no refund! Be very cautious with this company, they have the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with.

Also, should you call their customer service to order something, they will answer in less than two minutes. BUT, when you have a billing issue you will wait on the phone for at least 15 minutes before talking to anyone. They know most people can’t just sit on hold for that amount of time through out their workday. Be cautious of the actual company!
