For one thing, it's four times the cost of the Powermate. ;) But it's also larger, and has that nice grippy rubber ring. What shocks me most is it's ONLY Mac compatible at the mo. Usually Logitech's products ignore Macs like a yuppie walking past a panhandler. This looks a little different.
