The Escargot Kitchen Timer

Well, here’s an idea. It’s a kitchen timer called “Escargot”, (which, appropriately, means “snail” in French). You wind it up to the desired time, and put it down on a counter. It will then advance slowly, like a snail, until your time has elapsed.
Hopefully, there will be no slime trail. Availability and price are murky concepts at this time.
