Exotic Wood Craft’s Custom Computer Cases

By David Ponce

So. Wood is the new black, eh? You got your wood covered headphones , and wood covered audio equipment. And now (well, by “now”, I don’t mean this is recent. It might be old… who knows?), this dude is getting on the bandwagon by making some hand wood-veneered computer cases, somewhat similar to what Swedx is doing.

He seems to do custom jobs, where you get your pick from Myrtle Wood, and Redwood Burl and such. Oh, and he’s even made a black leather version.

Things get funky when you reach the issue of price, with the lowest tag I saw hovering around the $400 mark.

Visit his (very horribly, perhaps even tragically, designed) website, Exotic Wood Crafts.

Thanks, Jennifer

  1. […] There’s a slew of peripherals coming out these days whose main selling point is that they’re either made out of, or encased in wood. Take these Amadana headphones or these computer cases as an example. […]
