I own one and I love it. It cuts down on my dry cleaning bill. Good for removing smells and wrinkles. A lot of times I use it to get rid of smoke from my clothes after hangin out in bars.

I am a single Dad with two girls. Saw this and had to have it. Finally I would send my kids to school clean AND pressed. Arrived VIA UPS and I ran a load of Laundry. PFFFT! Nothing plugged this thing in and immediately received an error light the thermostat was not working. Called the Whirlpool hotline THEY LISTED in the owners manual and the very nice person (after 20 mins on hold while they checked) had not even heard of it. I knew more than they did. Now I have to bring this thing back and do the refund hassle. My take? Two thumbs down! Don't bother

Have one, haven't been to the laundry mat in almost two months. Maybe you should try the product before you talk about it.
