Fruit Knife Perfected
By It’s kind of weird to get excited over a knife designed to cut fruit, but we’re compelled with this piece. Designed by Henrik Holbæk and Claus Jensen, the Eva Solo Fruit Knife offers a symmetrical whole that unifies its parts. The stainless steel blade flows effortlessly into the knife’s shaft and the two halves actually look like they were designed for each other.
